When you contact us concerning your account, for your protection and security, our Customer Service Representative will ask for your CPNI PIN or password. CPNI stands for Customer Proprietary Network Information. It is a term established by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), which governs telecommunication companies use and disclosure of information about a customer’s voice services.

Customer Complaint Procedure
A complaint or dispute regarding service or billing which cannot be satisfactorily resolved within a reasonable amount of time should be submitted by the complainant in written form to the address or email indicated above. If the complainant is still not satisfied with the disposition of his complaint, he may then (per 3 A.A.C. 48.120. Alaska Administrative Code) file the complaint with the Regulatory Commission of Alaska.
